I don't get the point of this buff. 10% means nothing for people who can't complete heroics. Their 5k dps turns into 5.5k....still worthless.
The extra 10k hp still wont save them from avoidable 1 shot mechanics.

At least it will make it so the people with situational awareness higher than a plank of woods runs go faster.
