Ahh so I should ignore ccing/silencing that healer just to get the KB by shadowburning someone? I mean if you mean they should reward honor by KBs, then say hello honor to any class with an execute (only a handful as far as I know).

No in general they should buff honor gained from an hk. Yeah and why not give a small bonus if you get the KB? Can't tell if serious or trolling with your posts? If I guess the latter bye bye on the forums. :D
